30 Minutes of Everything

Join us for 8-weeks as we sweat, grunt, & groan - and LAUGH & have lots of fun!!! Each class is 30-minutes of strength, flexibility, endurance, and a little bit of EVERYTHING! We use your body weight, resistance bands, and various props to give you a GREAT whole-body workout!

It'll be the BEST 30-minute exercise program you've ever challenged yourself to do! Just pick 2 or 3 days/week from the list of available classes and customize your schedule. Remember, you need at least one day in between each session to recover.

Want to try a class before you make the 8-week commitment? Join us any Saturday from 10:30-11am for a drop-in class. Cost is $8/person.
