At Prescriptive Health, LLC Tanya will design an exercise program to meet your needs.  We can incorporate strength training, flexibility, power, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and agility into each session giving you a complete full-body workout.  Kickboxing and boot-camp style workouts are also utilized for an all-around great strength and cardiovascular workout.

We also work in conjunction with your health care practitioner (chiropractor, physician, physical therapist, etc.) to ensure our exercise program compliments any existing care you are receiving and to improve your quality of life; however, our programs do not replace care given by your physician or health care professional. We highly encourage all clients to consult with their physician prior to beginning any new exercise program, especially those who have existing medical conditions.

One-on-one private sessions as well as group sessions are available in our studio in NY or outdoors.
